About the Program

Program Features:

  • An academic based program for elite student-athletes involved regional, provincial, national, or international competition.
  • A flexible timetable to balance academic and athletic commitments for student-athletes who aspire to pursue post-secondary education in Canada, the United States, or abroad.
  • Examples:
    • Student A requires a morning modified schedule
    • Student B requires an afternoon modified schedule
    • Student C requires no modified schedule but could benefit from the program features

  • Earn Ontario Curriculum credits while training
  • Customized courses with flexible timetables (semestered)
  • A dynamic and supportive learning environment (D2L/Google Classroom/E-Learn)
  • Dedicated staff coordinators to monitor students progress
  • Open to all students including those outside YCDSB boundary

  • Artistic or Rhythmic Gymnastics, Competitive Dance
